No faction in Eldenmoor has ever verified what the Oracle actually is. They do not understand it. They depend on it.
The Oracle speaks in three acts. The Whisper arrives hours before the event — a quiet signal that those paying attention will catch. The Word lands, and the market moves. Then comes the Settling: the price finds its new level, and every position taken before the Word was either right or wrong.
There are 27 active prophecies in the current cycle. Somewhere in that feed, the next Dragon Scale collapse, Manacrux discovery, or Spellbound Purge is already written. The Oracle knows. It always knows first.
