The Oracle of Eldenmoor · Ancient Beyond Record
No faction in Eldenmoor has ever verified what the Oracle actually is. The Merchant's Concordat funds its operation because the alternative — trading without it — nearly destroyed the Exchange in the wreckage of the Mana Wars. They do not understand it. They depend on it.
The Oracle's Three Acts
It speaks in sequence. Those who understand the sequence hold the edge.
◈ Act I
Before the Word
The Whisper arrives hours before the Oracle speaks aloud. A quiet disturbance in the market. A price movement that seems unconnected to anything. Those who have learned to listen find it. Those who haven't are already too late.
Sample Dispatch · Whisper Register
"A chill has settled over the Dragon Quarter at the Exchange's eastern gate. The Scalers have not opened their stalls this morning. No explanation has been offered."
◈ Act II
The moment
The Oracle speaks. The Word lands. The market does not wait for interpretation. Every position taken before the Word was either right or wrong. There is no in-between.
Sample Dispatch · Word Register
"The covenant between the Dragon Scalers and the Northern Provinces is broken. The Iron Legion has moved. Dragon Scales — all reserves — are no longer guaranteed by treaty. The price is now what the market decides it is."
◈ Act III
When the dust clears
The chaos resolves. The price finds its new level. The Oracle archive records what happened. Position closures. Margin calls. Profits. The Exchange does not mourn the losers.
Sample Dispatch · Settling Register
"DRAG has found its new floor at 2,340. The arbitrage window closed six hours after the Word. The Concordat has issued a formal acknowledgement. The archive record is sealed."
Live Oracle Feed · Season I

"The Iron Legion has begun moving its reserves. The Merchant's Concordat has not commented."
"Manacrux stabilises after the Hollow Market disruption. The flux-leys have returned to baseline. Three arbitrage windows have closed."
"The covenant between the Dragon Scalers and the Northern Provinces is broken. Dragon Scales — all reserves — are no longer guaranteed by treaty."
"A sealed tome was sighted in the Spellbook Repository at dawn. Its contents are unknown. The Concordat archivist did not record its title."
◈ Current Active Event
"The Iron Legion has begun moving its reserves. The Merchant's Concordat has not commented."
What to watch
This Whisper typically precedes a DRAG Word event within 6–12 hours. Watch for Northern Province developments.
How the Oracle Organises Time
Each Season is a complete narrative arc — authored in full before the Exchange opens. Beginning, middle, and end. Pre-written. Pre-committed. Season I: The Awakening runs five episodes. Every major Oracle event is sealed in the Covenant before the first candle opens.
→ Follow Season IEach Season unfolds through Episodes — one per week of trading. Each Episode has a character at its centre and a set of Oracle events that will fire within it. The Whispers begin before the Episode opens. The Word arrives inside it. The Settling closes it.
At 08:00 UTC every calendar day, a new Chapter is published. Some Chapters carry Oracle events. Some carry only story. All of them were already written. The Oracle waits for the day to arrive.
The Merchant's Concordat has required this since the first season the Exchange ever ran: the Oracle must commit its arc before the market opens. Not a summary. Not a sketch. Every major prophecy. Every event that will move the price by more than the noise. Written, sealed, and witnessed — before the first trader takes their position. This obligation is four hundred years old. The Oracle has never broken it.
What is new is that the proof now belongs to everyone. Fourteen days before Season I: The Awakening opened, the Oracle's complete arc — encrypted — was committed to a permanent public record. The record cannot be altered. When the season ends, the key will be released. Anyone who seeks the truth will find it unchanged.
The Exchange has never needed to ask for trust. It has simply operated. The Covenant is not a promise. It is a demonstration.
The Oracle's Seal · Season I: The Awakening
The arc was committed before the season began.
The proof is open to any who seek it.
It spoke before anyone was listening. It always does.
