The Iron Legion did not announce its withdrawal from the Dragon Quarter. It simply left. By the time the Concordat's representatives arrived at the gates, the stalls were empty and the vaults were sealed. Three Scalers remained — not as traders, but as witnesses. They carried no stock. They carried a message.
The Oracle had already anticipated it. Recorded it. Sealed it — before the first snow fell on the Exchange this season.
The Hollow Market has now run for four consecutive chapters. What began as a Whisper has become a structural question: if the Iron Legion no longer backs Dragon Scales, who does? The Oracle has not yet spoken a Word on this. It is still whispering.
